We are Finalists in the Design Influencer Awards!

What a great way to start out a new decade! Suzanne Felber, founder of the Lifestylist® Brands has been named a finalist in the Design Influencer Awards! This very prestigious award will be awarded at the Kitchen and Bath Show in Las Vegas on January 23rd, and we would love to have your votes to make this dream a reality.

Especially with this being election season, being involved in asking for votes for this has reminded us that you have to earn a vote - you can't buy them. It's made us appreciate each and every vote that much more.

Please place your vote here, and we'll announce if/when we win after January 17th!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hoping that you enjoy one of our favorite days of the year to eat too much and then spend the day in front of a roaring fire watching all of your favorite films.

USA Film Festival Gets Ready to Celebrate 50 Years!

What a milestone - 2020 will mark the 50th year for Dallas based USA Film Festival. It seems like every year this festival continues to offer even more to true film buffs, so we can't wait to see what's in store.

If you aren't a member, you should join now so you can take advantage of everything that comes with membership including free screenings of most of the movies you want to see before they are released. This alone is an incredible value.

Take a look at their website - you can get membership information there.

See you at the movies!

USA Film Festival Hosts Screening of Florence Foster Jenkins

The USA Film Festival truly is a year long event, and this week they hosted a member screening of the new hit film Florence Foster Jenkins starring Meryl Streep, Hugh Grant and Simon Helberg.
Helberg is well known for his role on "The Big Bang Theory"and charmed the waiting list only crowd with stories about his cast members and some of the antics that happened during shooting. The crowd loved the film, and we are sure that it will be one fo the major hits of the Summer.

The 32nd Annual KidFilm Charms Dallas Film Audiences

The USA Film Festival has done it again - their 32nd annual KidFilm has been one of the best. It's so rewarding to see kids spending quality time with their families and enjoying the arts - I think this is one of our favorite events of the year.

The kids get so excited about film, reading actual books and getting to sing along with some of their favorite singers like Lisa Loeb - it's just a joy to watch. Her Nursery Rhyme Parade was a huge it.

What is the most amazing thing about this event is that it's free! The USA Film Festival sponsors like the Dallas Film Commission, Whole Foods and Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate and many of the philanthropic Dallas families make it possible for all kids to enjoy great films.

As a Lifestylist® I am so grateful for the quality of programming the USA Film Festival brings to Dallas - now I can't wait for this year's Spring Festival!

Dallas Uncorked Goes To The Movies With Gary Cogill!

Dallas Uncorked raises a toast to the Oscars with a very special wine and movie event on February 8, 2015 starting at 6pm at Veritas Wine Room. The night will feature film producer, and former WFAA-TV film critic, Gary Cogill, for an interactive discussion of all the 2014 Academy Award nominated films.

A great movie and a tasty glass go hand in hand, and no one knows more about movies than Gary.
